• Account information: full name, email address, mobile number, and password, provided when you create an account or place an order.
• Order and billing information: domain name, mailbox count, storage tier, and amount paid. We do not receive or store your card number — card payments are handled entirely by PayTabs (see "Payment Processing" below).
• Bank transfer receipts: if you pay by bank transfer, the receipt image you upload is stored so our team can verify the payment.
• Support communications: messages you send us for help with your order or account.
• Technical data: basic log and diagnostic information generated automatically by our infrastructure (e.g. sign-in timestamps) to keep the service secure and reliable.

• To create and manage your account and mailboxes.
• To process payments and verify bank transfers.
• To send order confirmations, verification codes, and service-related emails (e.g. payment approved, mailboxes ready).
• To provide customer support.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.

Card, mada, and Apple Pay payments are processed by PayTabs, a licensed payment service provider. Your card details are entered directly on PayTabs' own hosted payment page and never pass through our servers. We only receive a transaction reference and the payment's success/failure status.

Bank transfer payments are verified manually by our team against the receipt you upload and our bank statement.

The content of the email mailboxes we host for you — messages, attachments, contacts, calendars — belongs to you. We do not read, scan, or use mailbox content for advertising or any purpose other than operating the service (e.g. spam filtering, backups) or providing support you've requested and consented to.

Account and order data is stored with industry-standard access controls and encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Mailboxes are backed up daily. Access to customer data by our staff is limited to what's needed to operate the service and provide support.

We use your browser's local storage to remember preferences like theme, language, and country — this stays on your device and isn't sent to us. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

We retain account and order records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. You can request deletion of your account data as described below, subject to those obligations.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us (see Contact Us). We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity first.

Our service is intended for businesses and is not directed at individuals under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
